Refund & Return Policy

  • Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Used, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed after inspection and may take 7–10 business days.

Warranty Policy

  • All watches are covered by a 1-year international warranty from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure beyond rating, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
  • Warranty service requires the original purchase invoice.
  • After the warranty period, paid servicing is available upon request.
