At Montres, we stand behind the quality of our timepieces. Every watch purchased from us is protected by a comprehensive warranty to ensure your peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage

All watches are covered by a 2-year Montres store warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects including movement issues, dial defects, and assembly flaws.
We provide free inspections and repairs for any covered technical failures within the warranty period.
Original proof of purchase (invoice or warranty card) is required for any claim.

What is Not Covered

Normal wear and tear (scratches on glass, case, or strap).
Damage resulting from accidents, drops, or intentional misuse.
Water damage caused by exceeding the watch's water resistance rating or leaving the crown open.
Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized third-party technicians.
Loss or theft of the timepiece.
