At Montres, we stand behind the quality of our timepieces. Every watch purchased from us is protected by a comprehensive warranty to ensure your peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage

  • All watches are covered by a 1-year international warranty from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects including movement issues, dial defects, and assembly flaws.
  • We provide free inspections and repairs for any covered technical failures within the warranty period.
  • Original proof of purchase (invoice or warranty card) is required for any claim.

What is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches on glass, case, or strap).
  • Damage resulting from accidents, drops, or intentional misuse.
  • Water damage caused by exceeding the watch's water resistance rating or leaving the crown open.
  • Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized third-party technicians.
  • Loss or theft of the timepiece.
