Warranty Coverage
- All watches are covered by a 1-year international warranty from the date of purchase.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects including movement issues, dial defects, and assembly flaws.
- We provide free inspections and repairs for any covered technical failures within the warranty period.
- Original proof of purchase (invoice or warranty card) is required for any claim.
What is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (scratches on glass, case, or strap).
- Damage resulting from accidents, drops, or intentional misuse.
- Water damage caused by exceeding the watch's water resistance rating or leaving the crown open.
- Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized third-party technicians.
- Loss or theft of the timepiece.
