Shipping & Logistics

Method

All orders are dispatched via tracked and insured courier services, primarily DHL Express, ensuring safe and timely arrival.

Timeframes

Domestic (UAE): 1–3 business days. International: 3–7 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

International Delivery

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

For most locations, we offer DDP shipping where all import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. This ensures no unexpected costs upon delivery.

Other Regions

In regions where DDP is unavailable, the recipient is responsible for any local customs duties or taxes incurred.

Order Processing

Verification

To protect our clients, all orders undergo a security verification process. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days.

Ready to Ship

Once verified, items are meticulously packed in our signature protective packaging and handed to the courier.

Strict Returns Policy

Essential Clause

“All claims (including authenticity, condition, or missing parts) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video proof. Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.”

Timeframe

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned to us within 14 days.

Condition

Items must be in the exact condition as dispatched: unworn, unused, with all security tags attached and intact. Any signs of wear or removal of tags will void the return eligibility.

Accompanying Items

All original packaging, including the presentation box, outer box, manuals, warranty cards, and any spare links or accessories, must be included. Missing or damaged boxes/documents will result in a significant fee or rejection of the return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'On Request'.
  • Custom-ordered or personalized products.
  • Items where the security tag has been removed or tampered with.
  • Products showing any signs of wear, usage, or alteration.

Warranty & Service

Authenticity

We stand behind every piece we sell. We guarantee the authenticity of all our products.

Watch Warranties

Most watches come with a manufacturer's warranty or our own 12-month mechanical warranty. This covers the internal movement of the watch but excludes external damage (crystal, bracelet, case) or damage from water/impact.
