General Return Conditions
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be returned in the exact same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
- Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or is missing original packaging will not be eligible for return.
Brand New Watches
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the general return conditions above.
- The watch must be unworn, with all original box, papers, tags, and accessories intact.
Pre-Owned & Vintage Watches
- All sales are final for pre-owned and vintage watches.
- Returns are only accepted if the item is not as described or is proven not authentic.
- Please review all photos, descriptions, and condition notes carefully before purchasing.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If the return is due to our error — such as a wrong item sent or an item not as described — we will cover all shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.
